The Malthouse Business Centre is situated on the A5 in the centre of Llangollen. The town is 11 miles from Wrexham with excellent access to Liverpool, Manchester and the Midlands.

A beautifully restored 19th century stone building with twenty-six individual office units. The building is three story of approximately 560 sq m (6,000 sq ft). There is on-site parking with shared kitchen and toilet facilities. The original character of the building has been kept and is reflected in the separate offices.
